C-Grade

Third choice, C-grade and defective porcelain

Under the term of "C-Grade" - we understand a kind of quality, which have lost its usability. This does not concern only visible damages, but also its invisible ones! Anyone who serve items on the market which are intended to come into contact with food bears a high responsibility for their customers and enduser. We keep this responsibility very seriously and take care to ensure that all our products comply with the specifications and conditions of the German Foodstuffs Commodities Ordinance (LFGB) and do not transfer any harmful substances to the food. For this purpose, we regularly hire neutral laboratory institutes to test our products for compliance with the limit values.

We do not stop at a one-off examination! Especially new collections and decal ware are subject to recurring inspections, as decisive factors can change from production to production. This video is to prove that we put the well-being of our customers before the economic interests of our company!

If a production really goes wrong - like here - the complete contents of a 76-metre-long tunnel kiln with hospital porcelain - then there is "action"! We do not sell these goods to the market and make sure that this items quit totally. Here you can see from the movie "Cobra 11" how a full loaded truck with damaged porcelain from Holst Porzellan is literally smashed to pieces. So the damage at least still has an entertainment value.
