Since 1997, we have been maintaining our own warehouses, which guarantee a considerable range bridging for our customers. A second warehouse in Melle, nearby Bielefeld in addition to our main stock in Bielefeld-Brackwede have a total capacity of more than 1.8 million pieces of porcelain. According to the current status (06/2020), we stock 1,200 basic items as well as 700 seasonal or campaign-related articles. In addition, there are almost 2,000 product variations, II. choice and OEM items which make up this impressive collection.

Items from collection pages that are labelled with a "green traffic light" do not have to be ordered and can be delivered to the customer, retailer or end consumer in the shortest possible time. Thanks to strict organisation and an efficient team, we are able to guarantee the usual flow of goods with a regular half-day shift. Orders placed by 5 p.m. the previous day can usually leave the warehouse the next day for urgent orders. In the 2015/2016 financial year, we achieved a delivery rate of over 94% for the first time.
