Due to our international relations with factories, designers and product developers we buy product ideas and product design also outside of Germany. In the past already products were offered to us several times as "new design", which were among other things names registered and protected. We disapprove such acting deeply and this with the attitude of any co-operation with such persons or enterprises will punish.

Unfortunately it is sometimes not possible to recognize protected design as such because the search machines of the institutions work inaccurately, terms wrongly or incompletely was written down, or the design registered unclearly. Often also the temporal distances between entry and publication are too long, in order to recognize a product as protected.

If you should have any questions in this matter, ore you be owner of protected products which resembles itself with an item of our assortment, we are very grateful for your establishment for contact our management directly.

The novelties of our collection are coined/shaped by the commitment of our coworkers and partners. It is absolutely not in our sense to copy design & forms of our competitors! We do voluntarily to sell or bring into the market protected products of our competitors.

不幸地，在某些情況下，我們無法知道某些產品已被註冊及保護。這是由於現行搜尋系統的不準確、錯誤詮釋、不清晰或不完全所致。有時亦由於年代久遠而不被發現。
