Sample Service

Occasionally, you want to touch, test and examine what you choose. Particularly in the catering industry, it's a question of the right size, the right shape, or whether the item is really suitable for the intended use. No picture and no description of the article, no matter how good, are sufficient. You simply have to hold the item in your hand before you buy it! We fully understand this and offer our "Viewing Sample Service (*)" to all commercial end customers.

But the use of a sample service costs money and time. No restaurateur will entertain a guest for free just because they have an event with 30 people in mind. In other words, when you request a sample, we simply ask for fair treatment and reasonable selection. As a basic rule of this handing over, we want to enable the customer with a real intention to buy to use this sample service for his decision, without causing any financial damage to customers without the intention to buy. We would like to ask you to observe the following procedure in the sample process.

Please do not order your samples via the normal ordering process in this online shop, but send us a separate e-mail, a fax (05201 849552) or a message via our contact form. You can also use our notepad function to compile a suitable selection and send it to us.
Only one (1) piece applies as a sample quantity, with the exception of stacked crockery. For stacked goods, we also accept the quantity two (2) as a sample quantity.
Samples are always paid for by the customer unless they are returned to us within 28 days - free of shipping costs - or the process is completed by a follow-up order.
Sample invoices < EUR 10,-- + VAT will be credited in full if we receive a follow-up order > EUR 120,-- + VAT within 28 days.
Sample invoices < EUR 20,-- + VAT will be credited in full if a follow-up order > EUR 250,-- + VAT is received by us within 28 days.
Sample invoices < EUR 30,-- + VAT will be credited in full if we receive a follow-up order > EUR 400,-- + VAT within 28 days.
Sample invoices > EUR 40,-- + VAT are no longer sample consignments.
