The true feldspar Porcelain of Tierra line is fired higher than 1.320 ° C. The name is deeply linked to our earth. A color with which we humans are deeply rooted, which gives us warmth, naturalness and also security. This type of powerful reactive shining brown is the basic color of Tierra.This glaze composition gives the reactive hotelware its changing appearance, depending on the perspective and light. It appears sometimes brown-black or black-brown, sometimes matt and sometimes reflective. The reactive porcelain of the Tierra pattern is an earth-tone, brown glaze, in which no part is the same.

After the first biscuit firing the porcelain was dipped into a brown base glaze and fired. In a third process the material was brushed with small, black Metallica pigments and fired again. This process is relatively much more expensive compared to the mono firing, but ultimately ensures the unique design of the brown Tierra crockery and the suitability for commercial use of a true hard porcelain.
