Palletizing

We usually deliver our goods on pallets (Euro) or one-way pallets to minimise the risk of breakage for our customers. Black-foiled pallets arrive safely and do not encourage theft! We deliver smaller consignments and specialised retail goods in outer cartons with protective packaging for a fee.

In accordance with our sales orientation, we work predominantly with the reselling trade. We need the bulk buyer as a declared sales partner and our warehouse organisation focuses on the dispatch of goods on pallets.

Of course, we also realise mixed pallets with several items for wholesalers if required. However, as you can see from the pictures, small consignments require considerably more labour than pallet shipping. We calculate around 2 minutes for picking a single-variety (wholesale) pallet and around 40 minutes for a consolidated consignment (in specialised retail) with 10 loose items. This ADDITIONAL time is expensive and has a disadvantage of well over 5 net per cent compared to pallet picking.

For this reason, we always charge the net retail price for deliveries of packaging units of less than one master box per item, even to wholesalers!
