Quotation

The offer phase is usually preceded by budget planning. In order to be able to prepare an offer - also in the legal sense - the "declarations of intent" must be clearly defined and the scope of the order must be clearly specified.

  • Determination of material and quality
  • quantity, price & budget specification of the customer
  • determination of packaging and additional services
  • designation of order & delivery quantities
  • rough estimation of delivery times and delivery specifications
  • determination of legal importer
  • price basis and method of remuneration for Holst Porzellan

On this basis of information and specifications, we prepare a non-binding offer based on the respective exchange rate for the customer. This offer serves as a prerequisite for placing the order.

Unless otherwise agreed, the preparation of "offer samples" shall not be a component of the quotation phaseas the mold construction does not take place without a specific order due to its high costs. The situation is different if the customer expressly assumes the mold costs for offer samples.

If the offer meets the customer's specifications and expectations, nothing stands in the way of placing the order. Incidentally, this is also the end of the OEM business phase, which is free of charge for the customer.
