For tax and legal reasons we need written information from each trading partner:
- Copy of the business registration
- for companies, copy of the extract from the commercial register
- Tax number
- Confirmation of your bank details
- List of persons authorised to order
- if desired, del credere accounting procedure
- Disposal declaration (template here)
Please consider that as more we know about your company (company size / number of employees in sales / number of sales representatives / dates of in-house exhibitions etc.) as the better we can adapt to work with you. The pricing of our goods does not finance our field service! One of many good reasons to work with us!
