The design of this deep plate of the Style series meets the requirements and appearance of the upscale restoration. High Alumina porcelain is produced in a noble, thin body thickness and yet extremely durable. The approx. 15 cm wide serving surface is enclosed by a wide plate rim, thus emphasizing the noble appearance of the dishes presented. When filled with water, the Style plate holds 0.25 l and thus corresponds to a portion size of about 120-150 g of pasta with side dishes, i.e. a medium-sized portion. Noble salads, portion-sized casseroles and many dishes with gratin can be served in this plate in a sophisticated and graceful manner.

The true talents of the High Alumina porcelain plate Style are invisible, however, because despite its thin-walled and fine thickness, the plates of the Style series withstand the demanding use in the trade in every respect. Added to this are the unique properties of High Alumina porcelain: direct regeneration of food in the combi-steamer - no problem! In the oven and salamander up to 400° C - no problem. Thermal shock, i.e. from the refrigerator into the oven - up to 180! C - no problem. Ungentle rinsing, hard stacking, transport boxes and shocks - no problem. High Alumina porcelain is up to 400% more stable than normal hotel and restaurant tableware. So if you compare the price of this plate low of the Style series, you should multiply any similar looking porcelain plate by 5.8, because this fine-dining plate is about 400% more stable than equivalent thin porcelain. Of course, the plate will break if you throw it on the tiled floor, ..., so a really fair price comparison to normal fine porcelain with the halving (divided by 2) of the price would be a good rule of thumb.

In this set is a crystal clear PC plastic cover (cloche) for the safe and protected plate service in the room, on the floor or in the restaurant. Such a covered plate is suitable for the presentation of all dishes in breakfast service, lunch and dinner. The special advantage is the appealing transparency and clarity of this plate cloche and guarantees, in the truest sense of the word, an unclouded view of the dishes presented.

The PC plastic cloche has a fixing lip that extends over the edge of the plate and thus ensures a secure stand on the porcelain plate below. The serving cloche is supported by an approx. 11.5 mm wide inner web, which allows it to be used on all round plates, platters and bowls from 246.2 to 265 mm wide.

The transparent cloche is made of high-quality PC plastic, dishwasher-safe and also suitable for heating food in the microwave. For direct reheating of food, the plastic cloche may be heated up to 90° C. We do not recommend direct regeneration in the Convectomat (combi-steamer). The cloche itself can be stacked and therefore takes up very little space during storage.
