Target group - a usage definition for Holst porcelain

Holst Porzellan's collection of around 4,000 items and ideas in porcelain combines a total of 5 different types of porcelain and ceramic crockery in a total of 4 quality levels. This wide range covers all requirements from ** (2 stars) to **** (4 stars). This wide range gives Holst Porzellan crockery a unique variety and offers many choices, while at the same time leaving room for misjudgements and misunderstandings. A "thick plate" is just right for a party service and too fat and bulky for many private customers. On our product pages, we have therefore described all the application-relevant details of an item in detail in an item passport (picture above) in order to give the buyer an accurate picture of the product.

The price is also a result of the way we use the product and influences the quality, durability and appearance of the item in question.

Use of goods - a usage definition for porcelain

The cost of goods sold is one of the key success factors in the catering industry.

This expertise drives us to develop special moulds that are based on cost-sensitive production planning. Holst Porzellan does not just produce wildly! Our articles are dedicated to special dishes and serving portions. You will find special instructions in the detailed text on our articles. Whether you calculate with 19%, 29% or 39% cost of goods and whatever type of food you serve. No other serving item - apart from porcelain - offers you such an extensive range of shapes and portions!

Decide on the portion size, the importance of what you serve in the meal and the nutritional value of the meal with your choice of china.

The chef, as the author, composes the meal and, as the director, directs the food at the guest's table through his choice of china.
