We at Holst Porzellan deliberately avoid labeled (pre-labeled) storage cans so as not to restrict their use. Neutral white storage jars can be individually labelled with a marker pen. If the use changes, the writing can simply be washed off and renewed. This saves space and money and creates many possibilities. Even adhesive labels can be removed from porcelain containers much more easily and without leaving any residue than from other materials.

Already in 1975, Knud Holst II coined a guiding principle for our industry that applies particularly well to porcelain storage and storage jars: Somehow everything has been there before and little is really new. Even in grandmother's time, many foodstuffs, flour, sugar, coffee beans and coffee powder, tea and many spices and ingredients were stored in storage jars.
