The porcelain plate is made of Feldspar porcelain in matt black design. This design is more susceptible than white porcelain. The reason is that the porcelain is not covered by a glaze which makes the surface in favor of the optic slightly more susceptible to metallic abrasion. But this does not have any impact on the use and durability of the goods.

Please follow the following instructions:

1. Avoid rubbing plate on plate while stacking or storing
2. Only use high quality knives with a keen blade. The better the knive, the less pressure is needed to cut. Due to the fact that porcelain is harder than Chrome steel blades, using knives with high pressure possibly leads to mechanical cutting traces on the surface of the slate porcelain (because there is no glaze).
